My studio is a positive and encouraging place, where each student learns the fundamentals to be able to play the violin or viola. We will fine tune motor skills, build confidence, self-expression, and more! My job is to create a healthy & happy environment to foster the realization that you can reach your potential. I like to trust that every student of mine keeps music for life.
Ms. Trono received her Bachelor’s Degree with Victoria Chiang at the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore and her Master of Music Degree with Ivo-Jan van der Werff at the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University in Houston. As a dedicated violin & viola educator, Tatiana has taught privately and in schools for the past 15+ years. She is currently nurturing a private music studio that continues to grow. She is a registered Suzuki teacher and has completed Suzuki teacher training Units 1-3 with Suzuki pedagogues Ed Sprunger, Judy Bossuat-Gallic, David Strom and most recently Ed Kreitman. When not making music, Tatiana enjoys spending time with her screaming cat, lurking in libraries, empowering dog owners as a certified dog behaviorist, and cooking with her partner.
