Aaron Rosengaus is a Bay Area native currently teaching in Cupertino and San Francisco. He studied viola at the Boston Conservatory under Patricia McCarty and at San Francisco State University with the Alexander String Quartet. He has performed as a soloist with the San Francisco State University Symphony Orchestra and has taught at the prestigious Meadowmount School of Music.
A dedicated pedagogue, Aaron's students perform in many of the area's top youth orchestras, including the Golden State Youth Symphony, Palo Alto Chamber Orchestra, San Jose Youth Symphony, Peninsula Youth Orchestra, and California Youth Symphony. His graduated high school students have gone on to study at institutions including Boston University, Cornell, UCLA, UC Davis, Carnegie Mellon, and the University of Chicago.
